Prabu Madhavan
Dr. Prabu M is an Indian academic, currently serving as an Assistant Professor (Selection Grade) in the Department of Computer Science and Engineering at the Amrita School of Computing, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, Chennai. With 14 years of experience in teaching and research, Dr. Prabu M has made significant contributions to his field.
An alumnus of VIT University, Vellore, Tamil Nadu, Dr. Prabu M completed his Ph.D. in Computer Science and Engineering with support from ISRO-SAC, Ahmedabad. He has authored numerous research papers published in prestigious international journals and conferences, indexed in both SCOPUS and SCI. His primary research interests lie in Computer Vision and Distributed Computing. Additionally, he has been a resource person and speaker at various conferences and workshops.
Dr. Prabu M is a Life Member of several professional organizations, including the International Society for Development and Sustainability (ISDS), the International Association of Engineers (IAENG), the Indian Society for Technical Education (ISTE), the Internet Society, and the Institute for Engineering Research and Publication (IFERP). He also holds certifications from Coursera and NPTEL and has completed all the modules in the National Institute of Technical Teachers Training (NITTT) offered by AICTE.
